Services & ballpark pricing
Prices shift a bit with lot size, fence layout, and how long it’s been since the last cut. These ranges are what most city lots in our area land on—we’ll confirm on-site or from a quick photo you text us.
Biweekly (slow growth only)
$55–$90 per visit
- For shaded yards or drought weeks—honestly not every lawn can go two weeks midsummer
- We’ll tell you if it’s getting too tall between cuts
Spring opening visit
$120–$220 one-time
- First cut often lower + bag heavy thatch
- Bed edging touch-up where winter heaved the soil
Fall leaf cleanup
$90–$180 per visit
- Multiple passes in peak drop weeks
- Bagged haul-off or city bags—your preference
What we don’t do (so nobody’s surprised)
- Major tree removal or stump grinding
- Inside-the-fence dog cleanup—please pick up before we arrive
- Chemical weed programs—we’ll pull obvious weeds along edges but we’re not spraying your lawn
How payment works
Monthly invoicing for weekly clients, or pay per visit if you prefer. Zelle, cash, or check. First visit is due on completion unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
